Proper Window Cleaning Methods

Window Tint Maintenance and Care

Initial Care (First 7 Days)

  1. Avoid Rolling Down Windows: Allow the tint to cure fully by keeping windows up for at least 3 days.

  2. No Cleaning: Refrain from cleaning the interior side of the windows until the film has completely cured.

Daily/Weekly Care

  1. Cleaning:

    • Use a soft microfiber cloth and a tint-safe cleaner (ammonia-free) to clean the film.

    • Avoid using abrasive sponges or paper towels, which can scratch the film.

General Tips

  • Avoid Sharp Objects: Do not use hard or sharp objects that could damage or scratch the tint.

  • Be Gentle with Windows: Handle windows carefully when cleaning or rolling them up and down to avoid unnecessary stress on the tint.

Long-Term Maintenance

  • Inspect for Peeling or Bubbles: Periodically check for bubbles or peeling and contact us for repairs if needed.

  • Refresh the Look: Clean the tint regularly to maintain a fresh, polished appearance.
